Classic rice balls are often made with triangular molds making them easy to carry and eat with your hands. This set of 2 molds allows for larger and smaller onigiri.
You can choose the sizes based on appetite or mix and match for a different look in your bento box.
The larger mold creates a rice ball that's about 2.5" wide and 2" tall. The small mold creates a rice ball that's about 2" wide and 1.75" tall. Both molds are about 1.5" thick.
Remember to use short-grain, or sushi, rice when making rice balls so they hold their shape.
